Description
Smokey Pepper Jack is our version of a pasteurized cows milk Monterey Jack cheese layered with medium to hot jalapenos, then cold smoked over Applewood chips to give just the right amount of smoke flavor. Slightly dryer than our Pepper Jack cheese. Melts great over homemade nachos or on top of a grilled burger.
Pairs well with White or Rose wine or your favorite Pilsner or IPA beer.

Picked up some cheese at Ed-Mar for a party I was having and it was a crowd favorite! Some of those who preferred a hotter bite loved the Pepper Jack but this Smoked Pepper Jack offers you a creamy smoky flavor with the heat toned down just a bit!
