Description
Pepper Jack is our version of a pasteurized cows milk Monterey Jack cheese with a medium to hot jalapeno pepper kick. A creamy cheese base layered with heat, without being overpowering. Melts great over homemade nachos or on top of a grilled burger.
Pairs well with White or Rose wine or your favorite Pilsner or IPA beer.
